Returns & Exchanges Policy

At TFG (True Family Grows), your satisfaction matters to us. While we do not offer refunds, we’re happy to provide an exchange if something isn’t quite right.

  • Exchanges Only: We accept exchanges within 7 business days of your delivery date.

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

  • Process: To request an exchange, please contact us at azezelcustomerservice@gmail.com with your order number and details.

  • Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive your item, we’ll send out your replacement.

 Shipping Policy

At TFG (True Family Grows), we keep shipping simple and affordable for our customers.

  • Flat Rate Shipping: $8.00 on all orders within the USA

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment is received.

  • Delivery Time: Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3–5 business days.

  • Shipping Carrier: All orders are shipped via USPS.

  • No P.O. Boxes: Please provide a physical address for delivery.
